Job Description
- Manage brand architecture for all business product categories, including residential, communities, precincts, office (leasing) and retail (leasing)
- Developing and executing the marketing digital ecosystem
- Overseeing and utilising full potential of CMS platform
- Develop and execute marketing plans & strategies to meet organisational/project objectives
- Marketing automation through the full suite of marketing cloud studios integrated with a highly customised sales cloud CRM (salesforce). Other digital technologies to be developed include redevelopment of the after sales app, customer loyalty platform, in display digital displays / sales tools
- Promote a culture of integrity and professionalism by managing & mentoring the team
The Successful Applicant
This organisation is looking for a talented Head of Marketing to manage the team and continue their sustained success. 5+ years' experience in marketing management with proven success in delivering marketing strategies in property development is required
