We are seeking a dynamic Membership Growth Lead to join our team.
Job Overview: The Membership Growth Lead is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow the association's membership base and increase revenue streams. This role will require a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential members, and creating compelling value propositions.

Reports to: Membership Engagement Manager
Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategies to increase membership growth and revenue streams.Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and analysing market trends and competitive landscapes.Create compelling value propositions that appeal to prospective members and differentiate the association from competitors.Build and maintain strong relationships with potential members, including regular communication and networking opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams to create targeted marketing campaigns and collateral to promote membership benefits and services.Lead the membership recruitment and retention efforts, including tracking membership data and creating reports to analyse trends and make recommendations for improvement.Conduct market research and analysis to identify new revenue streams Manage and negotiate partnership agreements with external organizations to create mutually beneficial relationships.Developing and executing business development strategies to increase membership growth and revenue streams. Recruitment and retention of members: The Membership Growth Lead is responsible for leading membership recruitment and retention efforts, which includes tracking membership data and making recommendations for improvement.Creating reports to analyse the effectiveness of business development strategies to inform decision-making.
Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.Proven track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies.Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making.Experience with membership associations or non-profit organisations is preferred.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business development tools.

Revenue Growth: The amount of revenue generated from membership fees, and other sources. Pipeline Development: The number of potential members in the pipeline at any given time.Conversion Rate: The percentage of leads that convert to new members. Partnership Development: The number of external partnerships developed during a specific period. Customer Satisfaction: The satisfaction level of members via an annual survey.
