Job Description
- Liaise with Managers and relevant stakeholders on day-to-day matters and milestones via phone, e-mail and meetings as required.
- Ensure contract financial administration and tracking is carried out within the relevant policies and specific allocated project budget.
- Undertake administrative contract management tasks as required e.g. processing contract variations, project specifications, progress and final reports, input and analysis of data into the financial and contract management system.
- Ensure payments against agreed milestones are made in a timely manner.
The Successful Applicant
- Qualification in procurement or contracting is highly desirable, demonstrated experience is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to work autonomously.
- A high degree of resilience, attention to detail, organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise as required.
- Be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.

Mandatory Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in procurement and contracting
- Must be prepared to travel as and when required
- Must be willing to undergo all Pre-employment Medical checks
