About the Team

The Insights Team at Coles is currently at 15, and growing! The team manages all data from across the business and ensures that it is used to improve customer experiences and efficiencies of internal platforms. For this role the manager is looking for someone with a can do attitude, someone that has exceptional communication skills and someone that is willing to learn or explore their career within Data.

Key Responsibilities:

- You will be the single channel from the business unit(s) to manage pipeline, requests and information assets, analytics capabilities delivery.
- You are accountable for pipeline management of the Analytics Delivery Centre team.
- You must establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders between Digital IT and All Coles Group Business teams (Supply Chain, Merchandise, Coles Express etc.).
- Establishing teams and maintaining ways of working between varying levels of roles.
- Build and support Big Data, BI & Analytics roadmaps and business cases to drive the Digital Strategy.
- Support execution of A Fresh Tomorrow strategy by leveraging Data Analytics AI capabilities.

You will have:

- The ability to build strong relationships with all levels of stakeholders to achieve the implementation of Coles strategic pillars.
- The ability to develop and enable IM, BI & Analytics Strategy.
- Expertise in delivery of BI & Analytics program of work across traditional Data Warehouse and Big Data ecosystems.
- Ability to attract, hire, retain and motivate top Big Data, IM/BI/Analytics talent.
- Ability to understand business and IT strategy, environment and trends across multiple functions.
- Translation and alignment of business strategies into capability experience/knowledge.
- Portfolio management, agile and development methodologies knowledge.
- Experience managing diverse and creating high performing teams.
