We offer multiple positions for the following locations: Bundaberg, Sippy Downs, Bald Hills, Logan, Gold Coast, Toowoomba, Camira, Canberra and Brighton.
About your role:
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, supported by Senior Clinicians, Managers and other Practitioners all onsite - no travel required!
- Weekly clinical supervision, all PD time is paid time and PD is paid for as well - Recent external PD includes Hanen Training, PECS Training, SPA Conference attendance
- Open to all part and full time employee arrangements, you are also welcome to operate as an independent contractor outside of your employment!
Salary and Benefits:
- $76K (New Grad) - $104K + Super + up to $16K NFP Salary Packaging + PD (Internal & External)
- NFP salary packaging up to $15,900 plus up to $2,200 on meals and entertainment, annually
- 5 weeks annual leave plus the option to purchase a 6th
- The first 3 weeks have no billable hour requirements, and then gradually increased to reach 22hrs/week, which includes your admin & documentation time!
- Christmas leave for each year an employee is with us they get an extra day of leave to cover the non-public holiday days between Christmas and New Year when we are shut down
