Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Senior Divisional Manager to join our team through an exciting period of growth. We are a commercial soft services company who are proudly and professionally providing world standard cleaning and building maintenance solutions across Australia and New Zealand.Your role will be critical in achieving company goals through continuous improvement, support and direction of our cleaning teams and by providing world class customer service to our clients.
Working closely with our Head Office, your focus will be to manage a portfolio of our clients and ground staff.
Key responsibilities that will be fundamental to your role not limited to include:
Manage all functions of our operations ( Senior Divisional Manager) for an allocated portfolio of sites Oversee and manage a team of customer Service Managers in your state whilst managing your portfolio.Conduct quality inspections, reporting outcomes to our team members and the customer Work according to set budgetary constraints and retain profitability.Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of non-conformances Provide timely and accurate information to administration Participate actively in all major tenders and business development initiatives quoting and selling our servicesInitiate and provide client and service solutions.Ensuring safe work practices are followed and that all assets are maintainedIncident and accident reporting, reviews and recommendations, toolbox talks,Initiate actions to improve overall performance.Source staff and provide inductions and training.Oversee service provider compliance and management monitoring regulatory performance within your area of responsibility.Ensure all appropriate actions are taken to implement company Policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
What you'll need to succeed:High level communication and relationship building abilitiesStrong negotiation, problem solving and decision-making abilityKnowledge and understanding of rosters, schedules and the industry AwardExperience managing medium to large teams whilst working remotelyCleaning industry experienceHigh level written, verbal and reporting skillsMaintain a positive team cultureInspection and audit skillsKnowledge and understanding of Quality, Environment and WHS systems safe systems of work and environmental management
