About your new role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be assisting customers with their quotes and orders. A typical day will involve:
- Provide prompt and exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Make outbound calls to follow up on prospective leads
- Enter customer orders and quotes
- Follow up with suppliers for updates
What you will need
You will be someone who loves speaking to customers and ensuring they have a great experience.
- Experience in an office based Customer Service, Sales Support, Call centre, Order Processing, Telesales or Internal Sales is preferred.
- Experience in Hospitality, Retail or Tourism will also be considered
- Have high attention to detail and be results focused
- Available to work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
