Job summary
WOW Recruitment are currently seeking a Customer Care and Admin officer to support our Non-for-Profit client based in South West, Sydney. This role is temporary for 6 weeks, full-time work with a path to promotion and permanent placement for the right candidate.Our client focuses on providing capacity-building programs for the whole community, with a particular focus on children, young people, families, and people who are disadvantaged.
You will have an engaging personality, be proficient in all aspects of office duties and have superb customer service, Think bubbly but professional!
About the role:
You will provide administrative support for the CentreYou be the first point of contact for clients and visitorsYou will also be the main liaison for groups and volunteersAdhoc admin duties; postal, groceries and bankingSupport with bookings and hires of the HallPrepare and manage attendance schedulesIssue receipts and prepare basic banking
