Supporting a wide variety of both B2B and B2C customers in Australia, they require a new Customer Service officer to join their team. This permanent, full-time role is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who enjoys fast-paced customer service environment and has a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced role.
Job Description
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- High-volume sales order data entry of customer orders, daily.
- Answering inbound calls from customers.
- Forwarding customer feedback and complaints to the relevant stakeholder to fix, immediately.
- Organising freight and shipping for client orders and providing ETAs.
- Development of customer relationships through high quality communication skills and customer service.
- General ad-hoc requests as required by the customer service and administration team.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a friendly and hardworking Customer Service Officer, who has a passion for customer interactions and likes to be in a high-volume environment. To be successful, you'll need to have excellent data entry skills, great communication skills, and be friendly interpersonally. This is a fast-paced role and one where you'll work alongside a team of 5 customer service representatives. This role will be required to working Monday - Friday, full-time hours, and this will be an in-office role.
