1. Lead the planning and execution of all digital and design materials, including digital and social media content, website, videography and graphic design ...
2. Lead the redesign, redevelopment and growth of the new website by working closely with an external agency to meet the current and future needs of the business.
3. Develop and update as required the branding guidelines and oversee all branding materials to ensure brand compliance and best practice.
4. Develop digital content to inform, influence and engage audiences across all digital channels including website, social media channels and e-newsletters.
5. Develop and deliver on-message content, ensuring consistency in style and quality that supports the brand and sub-brands, and messages are optimised for search and user experience across all digital channels
6. Implement SEO activities, acting as a search subject matter expert, integrating communication strategies to manage the website, video and other digital media
7. Develop and manage a digital strategy that engages and influences stakeholders and supports the objectives, programs, and communication initiatives, determining which methods work best for the business based on quantitative evaluation.
8. In-house graphic design and creative production to support strategic aims, brand development and marketing including advertisements, promotional materials, e-communications campaigns, digital and print assets, including photography and video.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Experience with enterprise level Content Management Systems such as Umbraco (highly advantageous)
- Understanding of current and emerging best practices in web development and social channels
- Understanding of implementation of best-practice SEO and SEM and Google analytics
- Experience in managing email marketing systems and databases
- Experience in producing content for the web and online platforms/channels
- Experience in video and social media content production and project management
- Experience dealing with multiple stakeholders from across the organisation
