Your new companyA State Government organisation requires a Project Officer (experienced in grants management) to immediately join them on a temporary basis until December 2022.
Your new role
This role will sit within the New Zero Transport team where they are responsible for developing and delivering electric vehicle and low emissions vehicle programs. There are millions in grants, rebates, and subsidies being delivered and administered and this organisation is looking for someone with strong grant and project management skills. You will be responsible for assisting teams in building documentation and completing reports in a timely manner while working closely with central teams to undertake best-practice grants management. You will management the grants system by tracking milestone payments, project budgets, and ensuring records are accurate.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be a high performing individual with extensive grants management experience. You will be well versed in stakeholder consultation and negotiation skills while having strong written skills.
What you'll get in return
In return for your dedication and hard work, you will be remunerated with an hourly rate of $71 (plus super) in a short-term assignment with the possibility to extend for the right individual. This role will be based in Parramatta with hybrid working arrangements.
