Job Description
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Data entry and processing of customer sales orders, daily via SAP.
- Answering inbound calls and emails from customers about stock and availability.
- Working closely with internal territory manages to process customer requests.
- Coordinating freight and shipping for client orders + providing ETAs.
- Development of customer relationships through high quality communication skills and customer service.
- General ad-hoc requests as required by the customer service and administration team.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Officer, who has a passion for customer service and loves to be a part of a strong organisational culture. To be successful, you'll need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and be able to work in an office environment 5 days per week. This is a fast-paced role and one where you'll be continually busy for the duration of the day. This role will be required to working Monday - Friday, full-time hours.
