job detailsHR Partners by Randstad is currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity as a HR Business Partner to join our clients People & Culture team based in Box Hill. (requirements to travel to other sites in Melbourne)
This role is a 12 month fixed term contract and will provide strategic coaching and advice as well as delivering effective people and culture activities including implementing change initiatives and enabling people leaders to be effective in fostering a high performing culture
This is the perfect opportunity for a person who is passionate about change management, generalist HR and looking to make an impact in a organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a broad range of HR advice and services spanning the entire employee life cycle
- Ensure the effective maintenance of HR reports, records and systems to ensure compliance and accuracy of employee records
- Develop, implement and maintain business support processes that are consistent with quality standards and comply with the quality framework, relevant legislation, timelines, reporting obligations and policies and procedures.
- Identify and implement processes to ensure the effective maintenance of all HR systems including HRIS, e-Recruit, On boarding, Off boarding and all associated HR systems.
Key Selection Criteria:
- A tertiary qualification in Business, HR and/ or related discipline
- Broad range of specialist experience in providing client-focussed, high quality advice and support to manager and employees at all levels.
- Must hold a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) with employee classification
