We have an exciting opportunity for Sales Operations Business Partner to join us on our digitised journey and join a high-performing team. Based in Macquarie Park, Sydney, you will report to the Director of Pricing & Sales Operations.

This sales operations opportunity is accountable for supporting the Organisations Commercial Operations and supporting cross-functional teams including the sales leaders & their sales teams, finance, marketing, and product management. You will work closely with sales leadership to drive predictive sales outcomes through meaningful insights. Other important tasks will be to support the business by providing Business Performance Reporting, Pipeline Management activities, Forecasting, and Demand Planning. Also executing the brand to revenue process, maintaining Salesforce (CRM) and Sales Excellence, supporting the SIOP rhythm, driving continuous process improvements and transformations across the Commercial Process within Schneider Electrics complex Go to Market. You will also be adept at managing account coverage plans, target setting processes, and sales incentives measures.

About you

You are passionate about digital solutions, have great commercial acumen, you love dealing with stakeholders locally and globally, and you want to make an impact to the business. As the nature of communication is fluid and increasingly important in todays business environment, the role requires an adaptive and agile approach. It also requires an ethical consideration of the brand values, essence, and mission.

In addition, you possess the following relevant skills and attributes to be successful:

university qualifications in marketing/communications or equivalent demonstrated experience of 3-5 years in Sales operations or business partnering Salesforce CRM experience is essential ability to drive sales enablement by articulating sales tools and commercial processes experience driving process improvement experience working with large datasets and providing meaningful insights to the commercial team
