- Develop, maintain, and own an internal reporting framework supporting Performance Marketing, Small Business (SMB), and Advisor/Accountant teams.
- Work closly with Performance Marketing, Mar-Tech Automation and DevOps teams.
- Generate concise reports and data visualizations for senior leaders, offering insights and highlighting KPI trends.
- Lay the groundwork for ongoing data collection and analysis related to campaign performance, market trends, and audience behavior.
- Identify opportunities for improved effectiveness and efficiency, providing prescriptive recommendations aligned with long-term business objectives.
- Utilize advanced measurement to analyze MER, nCAC, and MROI, simplifying and explaining the impact of marketing on key business metrics.
- Map customer journey touchpoints, offering a holistic view of the path to conversion using advanced attribution models.
- Lead system integrations and maintain data quality across multiple platforms, including GA4, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, FullStory, internal data lake, and downstream marketing platforms.
- Bring data to life through visual storytelling and dashboard creation, confidently presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to all levels of the business.
- Translate complex information into concise, simplified language.
- Audit, identify, and troubleshoot data inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and irregularities, working to improve organizational processes.
About you:
- 3-5+ years of experience in a quantitative, data-driven field, with a focus on digital media advertising and significant client interaction.
- Experience in the financial services/accounting/B2B vertical is a plus.
- Bachelors degree or above in areas such as Business Analytics and Management, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, and/or Marketing.
- Deep understanding of data analytics and attribution models across multiple marketing channels.
- Expertise in omni-channel campaign tracking and a deep understanding of how online platform metrics influence offline business KPIs.
- Proven experience in website analytics, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing environments.
- Familiarity with multiple media platforms, ad-serving, and web analytics tools (GA4, BigQuery, GMP, Google CM360, Google Ads, SA 360, Adobe Analytics, marketing/media tagging tools, etc.). Knowledge of BI/Data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.). Working knowledge of SQL and Python is a plus.
- Understanding of Media Mix Modeling (MMM) and its role in optimizing strategic planning of marketing investment.
- Innovative thinker with a passion for results through data-driven decisions.
- Ability to use data to tell compelling stories through reporting, explaining the 'what' and 'why' to key stakeholders and leadership.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, consistently meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills, stakeholder management, and a collaborative mindset, able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
