Our client prides itself on an outstanding reputation within the market, with the ability to provide its customers with a personable and tailored service for each individual and unique product selections. The role has come about due to the business expanding.
Your new role
This role is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious, innovative and passionate customer service professional, who is looking to build a career within the financial services industry. We are seeking a Loan Admin who is fluent in both Mandarin and English.
Your day to day will consist of inputting loan applications into the CRM, general admin duties, marketing, liaising with internal and external stakeholders at a high level of customer service.
This role requires someone who has high attention to detail, organised and ideally looking to develop their career in mortgage broking in the future.
The successful applicant will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- Minimum one year experience within an admin / customer service role. Background in residential lending/banking industry is advantageous
- Strong oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
- Attention to detail, organised and fast learner
