We are currently holding interviews for a Centre Manager to join our thriving company.

We are looking for an experienced Centre Manager that has the passion and values that our company represents and upholds to a high standard as reflected in our company Mission Statement and individual centre philosophy designed by your team.Skills, Experience and AttributesCertificate III or Diploma in Childrens Services or actively working towards an approved qualification.An enthusiasm to teach, creating positive learning experiences.Ability to motivate a team of EducatorsExperience maintaining health and safety standards, and risk minimisation.Strong knowledge of EYLF.Strong Knowledge of the NQF, National Quality Standards and Education and Care Regulations.Strong leadership skills.Excellent personal presentation.Current working with children checks.Anaphylaxis, asthma, CPR and first aid certificates.Highly organised with a strong ability to mutli-task.Confidence dealing with families, educators and the local community.The applicant mustBe available 5 days per weekHave a minimum 12 months leadership experienceHold an Early Childhood Qualification Hold a Current Working with Children Check/Blue CardHold a First Aid/CPR/Asthma/Anaphylaxis certificatesBe passionate about Early Years learning and developmentUphold the Kids Capers values of; professionalism; high quality care; inclusive and supportive relationships; unique learning environments; play based learning.
