The Executive Assistant is expected to provide exemplary high level administrative support for the Executive Manager, Future Healthy Group. You will also develop excellent relationships across internal teams and key external stakeholders.
About you:
You'll bring outstanding organisational, prioritisation and time management skills to manage the busy and challenging requirements of the various units. You'll act as a conduit in a fast-paced environment and must be able to provide efficient and effective liaison with a high level of confidentiality; maintain relationships with stakeholders; and represent VicHealth in a professional manner at all times. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude and a creative mindset, who is comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.
Key responsibilities: Providing exemplary high-level administrative support including calendar and correspondence management Communicating with a range of internal and external stakeholders including local and international health promotion organisations, partner organisations, and members of VicHealth Taskforces, Roundtables, Panels and similar Providing calendar and administrative support for other managers within the Future Healthy Group Collaborating with other Executive Assistants to ensure consistent, effective and efficient executive administration services across VicHealth.
Qualifications and experience: Relevant tertiary qualification, desirable Impressive demonstrable experience working as an Executive Assistant in an Executive or Chief Executive Office Experience working within the health, community, or government sectors Ability to establish systems and procedures to guide work and track progress Highly developed communication and negotiation skills High competency with Microsoft Office.

Full Time Equivalent: Part time, 3 days per week (0.6 FTE)
Classification: VicHealth Grade D
Remuneration: $89,558-96,400 pro rata (plus superannuation and other benefits)
