The Role
The purpose of this role is to deliver product in good condition in an effective and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities Deliver products (including chilled and frozen products) to customers as per invoice requirements Obtain and be responsible for payment from customers To undertake all duties in a safe responsible and courteous manner Practice safe and correct manual handling Ensure all invoices are signed and correctly present paperwork as per company procedures
Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications MR truck licence Forklift licence (advantageous) Good understanding of warehouse and transport operations preferably in the food service industry Must have refrigerated food and multi drop experience Ability to work overtime when required Customer focused and good at building interpersonal relationships Physically fit with the ability to load and unload the truck Ability to deal with customer feedback
