Your role is about:Managing day-to-day operations of your showroom including rostering, store performance, onboarding new starters, training, and other duties as required.Maximising sales opportunities through excellent customer service and selling.Providing exceptional product knowledge and offering solutions to customers' home furnishing needs.Following up on customer inquiries, solving problems, and maintaining strong customer relationships to close more sales.
