Provide administrative support services to our Education team and clients in a variety of activities, including student enrolments. The successful candidate will need to have sound written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate service requirements to clients as well as demonstrating an ability to adapt, and be flexible in the wake of a complex working environment. Well developed computer skills and sound time management capabilities are essential.
To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following key selection criteria: Fluent language skills in Mandarin or Vietnamese is preferred Knowledge of SkillsFirst, ACFE and Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) Programs is preferred Experience using VETonline, STRATA and Finance One systems is preferred Minimum of Certificate III in Business Administration or similar field and/or at least 3 years' experience in an administration role Proven experience in the provision of administrative support in a funded/contracted setting, including the ability to communicate with a range of people (for example, CALD communities and difficult clients) High level IT skills and proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Demonstrated ability to take initiative, problem solve and take the extra mile to engage customers Experience working with client management systems and/or government databases, inputting and extracting data Possess strong organisational and time management skills Exposure to financial processes, payments and/or petty cash management Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a busy environment Excellent communication and presentation skills Applications for this position will be accepted up to 5 PM on Wednesday, 15 June 2022, however interviews and/or other selection processes may commence prior to the close date.
