Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales within the designated territory to meet and exceed targets, contributing to year-on-year growth.
- Develop expertise in our product range to effectively educate healthcare professionals on product usage and benefits.
- Implement sales strategies to maximise product sales and market penetration.
- Utilise company systems to research and monitor sales activities, devising territory business plans for target achievement.
- Deliver engaging presentations and respond promptly to product inquiries, liaising with the medicine information department as needed.
- Prepare comprehensive call plans, report on sales metrics, and stay updated on competitor analysis.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to capitalize on market opportunities and share insights.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in science, pharmaceuticals, business or a similar field is preferred
- Prior experience in a sales or customer service environment is highly desirable
- Ability to establish strong customer relationships and work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
