- Up to date, clear resume entailing machine sizes and experience operating
- Previous Open Cut mining is experience is required
- Responsible for undertaking role to deliver the weekly plan to a high quality
- Responsible for the performance of pre-start checks, hazard identification and PRAs
- Responsible for the communication of accurate and timely information to Mine Dispatch Coordinator, Supervisor, and Assistant Supervisor, as appropriate
- Responsible for the identification of continuous improvement opportunities
- Responsible for behaving inline with company values including actively participating in training and development activities
- Clear communication over the two way. Working closely with other operators in a respectful manner
- Positively motivating oneself and others to do their best to achieve performance goals
You must be willing to undertake a pre-employment medical examination and instant drug and alcohol testing, to commence this assignment.
