Randstad has exclusively partnered with highly reputable, transport departments seeking talented Site/Civil Engineers to undertake exciting occupation engineering needs across Victoria.

Key Responsibilities include
Occupations, ensuring compliance of; all required documentation, all stakeholder expectations and all
departments procedures.
Direct all internal and external stakeholders in each stage gate to facilitate a mutually successful delivery
of all occupations.
Coordinate all internal and external work groups in all extended occupations, facilitating regular planning
and interface meetings, negotiating access and integration with work groups.
Optimise the return of assets to safe operation, including but not limited to carrying out a risk assessment
that includes all relevant stakeholders for each extended occupation in order to develop a test plan for
return to service.
Have the ability to make timely decisions based on previous experience, including but not limited to
ensuring a successful return of extended occupations to service and being able to anticipate, recognise
and solve potential problems throughout the life cycle of the planning & delivery of the occupation.
Attend the region and work sites during the extended occupations, ensuring daily occupation reports are
written and provided to key stakeholders within the business each day, ensuring there is an open
communication channel with all stakeholders at all times.
Manage continuity of resource allocation across all occupations.
Maximise works planned in occupations by successfully co-ordinating work groups to achieve optimum
results and interface with others.
The successful candidate will have:
- Degree qualified in a relevant engineering discipline
- Demonstrated experience working in an operational Rail or Road network and knowledge and understanding of the application of occupations/planning (highly desirable)
- Experience in rail or road systems, track/road/civil or structures (highly desirable)
