Join a global leading pharmaceutical & diagnostics organization as a Field Application Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the pathology business by delivering technical support to both internal and external stakeholders. Utilising your expertise, you'll provide proactive field and telephone assistance to our valued customers. Here's what you'll be doing:

Key Responsibilities:

- Actively engage in post-sales support activities, including ongoing training, technical assistance, and troubleshooting for instruments and applications, including installation and commissioning.
- Ensure timely training for new and refurbished analytical systems, directly or indirectly.
- Deliver high-quality after-sales service to our customer base, both existing and new.
- Proactively service designated customer base and provide technical updates and software information.
- Collaborate with Regional Applications Supervisor and Product Manager to communicate any product-related issues to our suppliers.
- Work with Account Managers to ensure customers are sufficiently trained to operate equipment successfully.
- Participate in training and refresher programs for analytical systems.
- Conduct training sessions for customers on installation and commissioning of analytical systems.
- Provide ongoing support to valued customers using our customer database.
- Identify and communicate product issues with suppliers and internal teams.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment and with other specialists in the department.
- Adhere to company training policies and compliance standards.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree in a scientific field.
- Previous experience in a pathology laboratory.
- Ability to diagnose applications and operational issues on analytical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
- Experience working with various analytics systems and reagents such as clinical chemistry, immunoassay reagents, and hematology systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and initiative.
