Roles: Student Advisory & Marketing Manager
Job Summary:Day to day management of the students advisory team for both onshore & offshore students including but not limited to: student admission/enrolment at relevant institutionspost arrival settlement services in Australiacareer advice & internship opportunities facilitate our migration agent to provide visa/migration advicekeep up to date industry changes marketing initiatives for international studies and migration pathwaysongoing traning & professional development, monitoring of performance against KPIsDevelop and implement marketing strategy aligned with the companys vision and overall strategyDevelop new and innovative strategies to reach students through various channelsEstablish an annual marketing plan including event organisation, promotions and digital marketing initiativesOrganise and manage events to increase student engagement and attract new studentsOversee web and social media strategyManage and improve lead generation campaigns with measurable resultsMaintain relationships with key partners including educational institutions, government bodies & other service providers & agenciesDirectly manage subordinates and work closely with other team members across the business, with direct report to board of directorsOther related tasks as required by the business to fulfill the responsibilities of this role including but not limited to attending training, marketing events & travel commitments
Skill Requirements:
The successful candidate will need to have the following skills/qualifications:Bachelor degree from Australian university or equivalent education level in a foreign country with relevant work experience in that country, marketing stream is preferablePrior experience with social media marketing strategies and/or event organisation would be a bonusStrong attention to detail and sense of responsibility & ownership, and have management leadership skills with a creative, customer-focused and team-focused personalityAble to multitask, work independently, delegate tasks effectively, plan ahead & work within deadlinesGood oral and written communication skills, must be fluent in English (ITELS 7 or above) & Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) or be fluent in Vietnamese or Indonesian Have in depth knowledge of institution admission requirements & relevant sales experience including universities, VET and high schoolsHave at least 3 years full time experience in the International Education & Migration Industry, with experience in diverse range of visa application & ability to run marketing eventsAbility to understand clients needs and provide prompt & high quality solutions Must have relevant visa with work rights in Australia, with a view to work in the long term QEAC qualification is essentialMARN qualification is essentialNAATI qualification not a must but will attract higher salary
Remuneration: From $82,000.00 + per year plus bonus
Roles: Senior Education & Migration Consultant
Job Summary:Provide international students with expert advice on study options & develop study plan that is suitable for each clientBe able to review (& help process if required) student admission/enrolment at relevant institutions & assist the student in preparation of the required documentsProvide career advice & facilitate internship opportunities for studentsProvide migrant clients with expert advice on visa options & pathways to permanent residencyProcess various visa applications and submission of AAT reviewKeep up to date migration policies and industry changesParticipation in and/or contribution to marketing initiatives for international studies and migration pathwaysOther related tasks as required by the business to fulfill the responsibilities of this role including but not limited to attending training, marketing events & travel commitments

$65,000.00 $80,000.00 per year plus bonus
Roles: Recruitment Assistant/Student Advisor
Job SummaryProvide international students with advice on study options & develop study plan that is suitable for each clientProcess student admission/enrolment at relevant institutions & assist the student in preparation of the required documentsProvide services to facilitate student settlement into Australia including but not limited to travel services, accommodation, banking services, etc.Assist migration consultant with administration duties for visa applications Participation in and/or contribution to marketing initiatives for international studies Other related tasks as required by the business to fulfill the responsibilities of this role including but not limited to attending training, marketing & touring events
Skill Requirements:
The successful candidate will need to have the following skills/qualifications:Bachelor degree from Australian university (or near completion) or equivalent education level in a foreign country Work experience in this industry is highly valued with higher package offered, but is not essential Candidate must be reliable, diligent, enthusiastic and have the willingness to learn & ability to work on their own with the guidance of senior staffGood oral and written communication skills, must be fluent in English (ITELS 6.5 or above) & Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) or be fluent in Vietnamese or Indonesian Ability to understand clients needs and seek assistance from senior staff for advice where required, to ensure prompt response to client. Must have relevant visa with work rights in AustraliaNAATI qualification not a must but will attract higher salaryKnowledge in graphic design software is preferred but not essential
Remuneration:
$47,000-$58,000 per year plus bonus
