Day to day this role will see you managing calls and emails, servicing and supporting Advisers and members in relation to the platform.

Key responsibilities:
- Respond to enquiries received via phone and email in a timely manner
- Provide proactive platform navigation to Advisers and their support staff
- Handle enquiries relating to insurance in super
- Manage and investigate any escalated issues to ensure resolution within SLAs
- Build strong internal and external working relationships with key stakeholders
- Update and maintain all records
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience working in customer service is essential
- Previous experience working in a phone based role or financial services will be highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- A passion for going above and beyond and being solution focused
- A drive to learn and progress within the financial services sector
Further Details
- Available to attend a virtual engagement centre Friday 10th June AM
- If successful available to commence work 20th June
- Available to work on a roster Monday - Friday between 8am-6pm
- Available to work in the office in Hawthorn East until fully trained then a hybrid working environment
