Job Description
Reporting into the CFO you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Prepare month-end financials for multiple entities.
- Ensure tax and compliance requirements for the Family Office are met
- Oversee insurance matters for Group function.
- Manage cash reporting and group cash management.
- Prepare group cashflow reports
- Oversee a team medium sized team with 4 direct reports.
- Bank Covenant Reporting
- Provide reporting and commentary on the performance of the group's investments.
- Oversee other internal group reporting requirements.
- Assisting the wider group in cash flow reporting, financing requirements, intergroup loan accounts.
- Oversee a team medium sized team with 4 direct reports.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role you will be CA/CPA qualified and ideally have a career within a Big 4 or mid tier environment working specifically in business services or private clients. Alternatively, you will have gained experience in a similar family office environment and understand the complex structure of multiple entities, intercompany accounting, trusts and taxation requirements. As a professional and experienced senior finance professional, you will have a close attention to detail and can manage deadlines whilst producing high quality work. You will be passionate about customer engagement and business partnering and will be seeking to continue this type of responsibility in your next role. Your ability to communicate and build rapport at an executive level and manage highly confidential and high-profile net worth individuals will be paramount for your success. Lastly you will be a true leader and enjoy the aspect of leading teams and developing and coaching staff.
