Job summary
A little about the Role:This new role as the Project Coordinator / Manager role is required to help support my client's growth.
In this role you will be part of a small and dynamic team with the opportunity to work on a range of project duties, but your core responsibilities will cover most areas of project coordination.
The successful candidate will be responsible for employee and contractor works management, client liaison, quotations for works and overall support of project operations.
Duties will include site inspections, cost & quoting work, invoicing, purchasing, staff & sub-contractor supervision, organisation of traffic management etc.
More specifically, you will:Experience in managing and leading teamsPainting and or estimation experienceProficient in computer applications such Word, Excel, Outlook and Arrowflow etc.Experience with costing workOutstanding customer service skillsOutgoing with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of OH&S practices and proceduresExcellent time management skillsManage day to day duties as required
A little about you:
To be successful in this role you will have 2+ years of previous experience as a project coordinator/ manager working in painting and or building and construction.
You must be an effective communicator, who can represent this up and coming group of companies, be computer literate and have a passion for the painting/construction industry.
You will have good interpersonal skills, OH&S knowledge and the ability to build strong working relationships with staff and clients is essential.
