- An established builder who fly underneath the radar in Victoria and beyond working on unique mix of their own developments, negotiated and hard dollar tender projects from $5m to $20m
- Projects include commercial, industrial and retail projects with specialist works including medical centres
- The bulk of their work is in Melbourne but are also delivered projects in regional Victoria and now interstate.

The Roles & Requirements

#1 Project Manager

- You will be running one or two projects depending on their size and complexity - typically commercial office, bulky goods outlets, or medical centres - projects with D&C elements.
- You must have an ability to find effective cost savings through value engineering and design management
- Good team management skills you will have the support of one of this companies established CAs and accomplished SMs
- You must have a stable career grounding and be able to demonstrate successful project outcomes as a Project Manager.

#2 Contract Administrator

- A role where you will be working closely with one of this companies long standing PMs across 1-2 projects concurrently depending on their size & complexity
- 2+ yrs experience required with strong CA skills across the full life cycle scoping, letting, management of claims, EOTs, RFIs and project reporting
- Opportunity for progression to PM available if desired but this company also values career CAs.
