We are currently seeking a Sales Executive to join our Sales Team in selling our quality beef products across the state/country and international markets.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Domestic Sales Manager, your will be a point of contact for our customers and your below duties are included but not unlimited to:Ensure a high level of customer service and follow up.Ensure customer orders/queries are managed efficiently and in a timely mannerOrganise and process orders via email/phonecheck for data accuracy in orders and invoicesProvide administration support to the Domestic Sales Manager, as well as the sales teamMake suggestions to improve the product based on the feedback received from the customers. Develop and maintain business with new and existing clients in a highly professional manner. Research and understand market trends, identifying new sales opportunities.Be a WMPG brand ambassador and always reflect company values.Work with QA and Production to ensure clients requirements and agreed delivery time are achieved.
ABOUT YOUProven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Executive.Experience in the meat industry is highly desirable.Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).Experience of processing sales orders and managing customer queries.Ability to generate monthly sales reports.Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment with strict deadlines.Excellent communication skills and phone manner.A self-starter as well as a strong team player.
The position is mainly office based at our Osborne Park facility. The office is onsite along with the boning room and cold stores, and therefore requires the right person to maintain a good internal relationship with production and cold storage.
