Job summary
Our client is the largest specialist business finance provider in Australasia. Due to an internal secondment, they are seeking a customer-focussed Client Relationship Coordinator with an interest in finance.In this role you will be responsible for:
Providing exceptional client service to clients and other stakeholders through professional responses via email and telephone Conducting accurate verification calls to perform due diligence on clients debtor accounts to support our lending Preparing overpayment requests, pricing review requests, and risk analysis documents Supporting the credit review process including Risk Assessment, Client Variations, and Overpayment requests to achieve minimal write-off Analysing clients Compliance Reporting to identify any potential quality issues and report back to management Reviewing the Risk Management portal regularly to identify irregular patterns around Client Invoicing and missed payments. The successful applicant will have:
A passion for providing outstanding customer service A positive and collaborative work ethic The ability to work independently and as part of the team Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication Commercial experience in financial services or accounts (desirable).
