The Workforce Planning Manager will be accountable for ensuring our rosters across our approx. 80 Campuses are compliant, efficient, and meet our workforce targets. You will be responsible for ensuring the use of our workforce management system (Ento) is maximised by delivering regular training and continuous education to our Campus leadership teams, ensuring rosters are fair to all team members to ensure the ongoing wellbeing of our team.
You will work closely with our team of Senior Operations Managers and HR Business Partners to ensure we are fully compliant with relevant awards, and that we are flexible and fair to all team members.
Qualifications & Experience
- We'd love to hear from you if you have experience of planning and/or reviewing rosters in a multi-site setting. Experience from within childcare or another highly regulated environment would be extremely beneficial.
You'll also need some of the following:
experience in driving changes with systems that impact resources and day to day operations strong background in building relationships and communicating with groups of stakeholders experience with a rostering / workforce management system analytical, process thinking skills combined with collaboration and influencing
