The fine print of this gig:

As one of the four regional partner managers, you will report to the Operations Manager for the Australasia region and will be based at our Australian office in Perth, Western Australia. Your responsibilities will include project management for services- and implementation projects, the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget and within scope. You will oversee all aspects of project management such as planning, scheduling, assigning resources and monitoring the progress of projects. The partner manager is also responsible for monthly forecasting and the status reports for customers. Additionally, the role also requires you to grow and to support the Nova Network Partners (NNPs) in the region. A key aspect of this is to foster and maintain strong relationships with the NNPs to leverage the pool of Nova Network Partners to assist on customer projects.
