job detailsWe are seeking a HSE Production Officer to provide Safety Health & Environment admin & secretarial support for our clients production site based in Middle Swan, WA.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, health and environmental legislation.
- Provide Administration support for the SHE system.
- Purchasing and receipting goods in SAP.
- Managing stock reports and reconciliation of goods movements.
- Assist and administer Damstra data entry and assist with inductions.
- Enter in INX entries and ICare entries.
- Established and maintain efficient systems for storing and retrieving information i.e. both hard and electronic copy.
- Presents the team professionally in all verbal and written communications.
- Actively participates as a member of the team to move the team toward completion of goals.
- Proactively develops relationships, internally and with external clients.
- Prepares safety reports for review.
As the successful candidate you will require:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent customer service and organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills
- SAP experienced highly regarded
