Job Description
Maximize the sales and profitability of this clients Architectural Coating products for the assigned territory.
- Achieve the sales, profit, and growth targets for trade for assigned territory
- Develop and improve the customer service proposition to support the brand strategy
- Implementing specification / sales strategies to achieve both long and short term goals
- Professional delivery of marketing and promotion activity within the segment maximizing revenue for the client.
- Delivering professional product / system presentations to trade customers
- Provide product / system specifications
- Managing, maintaining, and growing a portfolio of key accounts
- Provide market intelligence / feedback on required new product development and product enhancements
The Successful Applicant
- Qualifications in a Business degree or a related field, or equivalent experience within the Construction industry
- Previous Account Management experience preferably within the building materials / construction market.
- A consistent record in building new relationships, or accounts and growing existing business
- Commercial knowledge of the coatings industry
- Must have strong financial/ analytical acumen
- High level negotiation skills
- Computer literacy in MS Office suite
- Excellent communications skills
- Current driver's license
