Due to continued growth, this highly regarded Top 20 accounting firm is seeking an Intermediate & Senior accountant to join their thriving and collaborative team.
With 11 partners and over 90 staff, this Chartered accounting firm has an outstanding reputation in the market for providing quality service to their clients and are renowned for investing heavily into their staffs training and development.
Working alongside intelligent and experienced partners will give you the opportunity to develop and enhance your skill set, gaining exposure to a large portfolio of both private and large ASX-listed clients.
The Role:
Working closely with the team leaders, you will be responsible for providing a large range of business advisory services, and compliance across both private and corporate clients and responsible for the following:
Preparation of financial statements across all entities
Getting involved with management accounting and CFO advisory work, including budgeting & forecasting, cash flow statements, and Ratios
Providing a range of advisory services to your portfolio of clients
Conducting research on taxation matters and providing advice to clients
Reviewing all tax compliance work for Companies, Trusts, Partnerships & HNWI
Evaluation of Div 7A, CGT & FBT obligations
Managing and maintaining client relationships
Reviewing and allocating work for junior staff members
Being proactive and a good team player
The successful candidates:
Intermediate role requires a minimum of 2 years experience in professional practice
Senior role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience
Commencement of the CA/CPA program
Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain client relationships
Committed to continuing professional development
Strong attention to detail and good work ethic
