job detailsRandstad have been partnering with the Australian Government departments (Federal, State and Local) for over 30 years.
We are currently partnering with a State Government department who are seeking a number of experienced Project Managers to assist with running multiple projects. This is initially a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months with a likelyhood of extension.
The Role:
Your position in this well supported team will be to manage a full range of project management requirements, encompassing the following tasks:
- Coordinate and control major building works contracts and contract administration services.
- Identify and resolve significant project risks and complex issues in consultation with the Principal Project Manager.
- Establish and maintain consultation with key stakeholders to ensure the successful negotiation of highly complex ideas and adoption of procedures, methods and strategies.
- Supervise and control all critical project and sub project related scheduling, reporting, technical, financial, procurement and administrative functions of the project goals.
Skills & Experience:
In order to be considered for these positions you will need the following skills and experience:
- Experience in project management through construction, architecture or engineering roles.
- Previous Government experience is highly desirable.
- Relevant qualifications desirable.
- National Police Clearance and DHS Working with Children Check required.
