job detailsJoin a State Government entity on a 6 months contract and grow your customer service skills by providing information, advice and support to customers in relation to registrations, driver licenses queries and transactions. The new contact centre is based in Pakenham.

Flexible rosters available to accommodate full and part time hours. Must be able to work a certain minimum of hours a week.
Key accountabilities:
- First point of contact for customers handling inbound calls
- Responding to customer needs in a professional and timely manner
- Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through first contact resolution
- Carry-out administrative tasks such as issuing written correspondence, scheduling appointments, processing customers requests
- Ensure the integrity, protection and compliance of information and customer data
Key selection criterias:
- Previous call centre or customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Strong attention to details and understanding of data privacy and security
- Ability to work with KPIs
- Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute
*In addition you will be required to complete various assessments before being deemed successful for these positions which includes a virtual assessment centre on the 11th of May 2022 (Date subject to change). The proposed date of commencement will be the 23rd of May.
For these roles you will be required to undertake a Police check.Applications for these roles close on the 6th of May 2022.
