Job summary
job details- Develop business cases, consult on & implement policies in support of the Risk & Cyber Security Program with particular emphasis on the requirements of the SACSF
- Lead projects for the implementation and ongoing management of event logging and monitoring, threat & vulnerability management
- Lead the response to incidents of a Cyber security nature
- Perform risk assessments of existing & new services & technologies
- Provide expert advice on governance frameworks, legislation & policies
- Required:
- Expert knowledge of current security technical controls and solutions through the application of risk management techniques to design, deploy and operate security services to deliver practical business solutions.
- Experience in carrying out risk assessments
- Experience in, security controls, security configurations, device hardening and security auditing
- Experience in managing authorised penetration tests
- Excellent interpersonal skills including negotiation, consultation and the ability to influence and gain cooperation
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage competing priorities, multiple stakeholders, unplanned change and tight time frames
