About the Role: Project Scheduler

As a Project Scheduler at STC, you will be a key member of the Toll Collection Capability team, contributing to the success of the North East Link project. While the STC is a newly formed corporation, a successful candidate will demonstrate a keen ability to step into areas of uncertainty and create clear and defined outcomes as a project scheduler. This role, reporting to the Project Manager, demands a keen eye for detail, strategic thinking, and expertise in project scheduling tools.

- Develop and Maintain Project Schedules: Utilize industry-standard scheduling software to create and manage detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with Australian project management standards.
- Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify critical paths, assess risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
- Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor project progress, analyze data, and prepare comprehensive progress reports for stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with project managers and team members to integrate schedules into overall project plans, ensuring efficient resource allocation and task completion.
- Change Management: Manage changes to project scope and schedule, updating documentation and communicating impacts to stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of project management best practices and industry standards, contributing to the continuous improvement of project delivery.

- Effective Time Management: Ensure activities stay on track and prioritize work appropriately.
