The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and highly driven Receiving Officer to join our Purchasing team. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Finance, this part-time role will be responsible for accepting and storing general and perishable goods, accurately document all goods accepted, as well as maintaining stock/inventory levels and cleanliness of relevant areas.

Requirements

Strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously

Competence with computer based systems (Microsoft Office)

Ability to complete detailed and accurate records

Food safety knowledge is advantageous

Ability to use stock management software

Physically fit with ability to lift up to 20kg

Forklift license

Understanding of OH&S and work safe practices

Full working rights in Australia

Vaccination against COVID-19 or willing to be vaccinated
