Your new role
As an Events Specialist/Events Coordinator your key focus will be on assisting the HR team coordinate all internal events such as return to work programs or diversity events. You will be using your excellent communication skills to engage with a wide range of stakeholders across the business. This is a temporary position with the potential to extend.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Developing annual events calendar and ensure it is effectively communicated to all internal stakeholders
- Ensuring events are professionally run and managed to maximise benefits for the whole organisation
- Track latest developments/best practices in event management and assess how the organisation can benefit
- Provide on-site event management for events you are responsible for
Your skills and experience
- Ideally you will have previous experience working on large scale corporate events with internal and external stakeholders across the business
- You are extremely organised and are known for your top notch time management skills
- You enjoy working in a fast paced environment with tight timeframes
- Your honesty and transparency is second to none
- You dont shy away from finances and technology
Your benefits

- Flexible working: 2 days in the office
- No weekend work required - core hours are between Monday to Friday only
