job detailsRandstad is recruiting on behalf of a state government department on the Gold Coast for a Project Engagement Advisor. Initially this is a 6 month contract, with the opportunity for this to extend.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic advice across a range of stakeholder and communication strategies.
Key duties include:
- Advise Project Directors on best practice communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare project communication material, including briefings, newsletters, media releases and others for the projects
- Strategy development for stakeholder management
- Coordinate engagement activities across the region
- Point of contact for specialised communications and engagement advide
- Development of key communications activities
Skills/Experience required:
- A degree in a communications, public relations, marketing or equivalent work experience is highly desirable
- Experience in dealing with difficult stakeholders and having critical conversations
- An infrastructure background is desirable but not essential
- Our client has a covid-19 vaccination policy which must be met
