Turner & Townsend is looking for a professional and approachable Team Administrator to support our national Consulting and Contract Services team in a full or part time capacity. These teams are dynamic and client-facing with a big focus on delivering transformation services to our clients.
You will work in a friendly, professional, and supportive team that is focused on project delivery and requires proactive support to drive better outcomes for our clients. We support our people to work flexibly and are open to applicants from across Australia to support our national team in their specific locations.
Job DescriptionInvoicing and Finance administration. Proposal development and formatting. Travel and expense management for the team. Diary management for senior team. Team organisation and event planning. Report formatting and presentation development. Business management monitoring and chasing debt, risk, commission execution, etc. Knowledge capture and management.
QualificationsExperience in a team support and administration role. Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics365 required. Experience of invoicing and purchase order management. Prior experience in a consulting environment preferred. Proactive approach with the ability to work autonomously. Strong organisation skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proactive approach with the ability to drive compliance requirements of the team.
