They are a family owned and operated local business who specialise in commercial, domestic, renovations, home improvements and interior design.
About the role
As the site Manager you will report to the Project Manager delivering a Commercial development in Wagga
Your duties will include:
- Keeping the Project manager to date on-site matters
- Ability to learn and problem solve under pressure
- Strong client engagement
- Ordering materials
- Manage laboring staff
- Program on-site workflow
- Client engagement
You will need to be able to demonstrate:
- Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in Commercial Construction as a Site Manager Experience working for a dynamic and established builder
- Understanding of construction regulations.
You will need
- All relevant qualifications such as white card, silica
- Clear police check
- You will need to able to pass medical check
The ideal candidate will have have demonstrated experience within the Australian market. If you have worked in commerical projects with a proven track record.
