About Our ClientOur client is a national construction business who deliver projects within the health care sector such as dental practices, veterinary surgeries and other similar style facilities. Due to ongoing growth within their national market, they are looking for a Project Manager to their Perth team. This role is highly autonomous and involves the delivery of projects within the $500k - $5m range.
Job Description
Key responsibilities will include:
- Liaising directly with clients on project milestones
- Ensuring key targets are met regarding hand over dates and budgets
- Technical problem solving
- Meeting administrative expectations
The Successful Applicant
Key selection criteria will include:
- Proven track record delivering fit out and refurbishment projects up to $5m
Previous experience within the commercial fit out sector as a Site Supervisor, Project Manager or Project Coordinator
- Strong interpersonal skills (this is a client facing role)
- Good level of computer literacy
