Job summary
An exciting opportunity for a Buying Projects Executive Manager has become available within our National Buying Team at ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury. This is a permanent full-time position. As a Buying Projects Executive Manager, you will be pivotal in providing project management expertise to assist in the delivery of a multi-facet Buying focused project. The successful candidate will use their exceptional stakeholder engagement skills to partner with the likes of Supply Chain, Merchandise and Buying Category teams. What's in it for you? Market leading remuneration - $133,200 - $179,300 (including superannuation) 5 weeks annual leave Chance to implement and manage projects on a national scale Join a passionate and supportive team Hybrid working model - Up to 10 days a month working from home Comprehensive on-the-job training and development program provided Role responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end projects with frequent cross department collaboration Optimise project performance by applying project management frameworks to ensure financial and operational goals are achieved Develop business case models and implement change management initiatives to drive strategic and positive business outcomes Identify and analyse opportunities/threats to projects, while considering and addressing the impact to affected stakeholders Establish, develop, and maintain key stakeholder relationships across multiple departments and levels Provide relevant training as required Support the Buying Director with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed Selection criteria: Demonstrated experience in project management, process development and execution, and change management Previous experience in Buying, Supply Chain, or Retail Operations desirable Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and high stress situations Expert problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box Strong attention to detail and accuracy, along with excellent verbal and written communications Demonstrated self-motivator, with the ability to manage workloads Intermediate - Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite (PowerPoint and Excel) This role reports to the Director - Buying.
