The role is primarily responsible for Product Planning and Material Control Management (MCM), and provide a level of Sales Operations support
Role can be based in Melbourne or Sydney.
The role will have the following key accountabilities:
Procurement preparation based on forecasting and inventory management Management of the stock ordering and receiving process by providing administrative support Preparing and maintaining Purchase Orders, confirmations and any deviations of quantity or arrival dates Relationships with key suppliers and securing delivery schedules to meet business requirements Creating regular inventory schedulesReporting of Slow Moving and excess Stock Lines Preparation and Analysis of Sales Reports
The successful applicant will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
An experienced Product Planning Coordinator, Supply Chain Management (SCM) with at least 2 years experienceStrong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel are imperative SAP and Microsoft 365 Dynamics knowledge highly desirableSales Operations experience highly regardedHighly organized with an ability to prioritize Resilience and can diffuse pressurized situations through problem solving Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. An ability to manage and derive insights from data to drive business decisions and outcomesRelevant tertiary qualifications highly regarded
