This is a permanent, full time role in the Southern Highlands. Required to be in the office minimum 3 days per week.
The Role:
- Drive meaningful customer interactions and continue building long term relationships
- Nurture existing clients and continue to grow the portfolio
- Be a product specialist and ensuring deals are appropriately structured
- Work closely with internal business partners and support teams
- Work within credit policy and adhere to banks credit risk appetite
About You:
- Business banking and commercial lending experience is required
- Demonstrated credit knowledge & expertise
- You are customer focused, know how to engage, develop and retain client relationships
- Ability to interpret and utilise financial statements
- Strong communication skills are essential
